1. Work experience discrimination: For old wet machines or maintenance technicians, all minor changes in the car can be distinguished based on practical experience, including the advantages and disadvantages of clutch friction plates.
2. Disassembly and maintenance, this type of handling technique usually appears in the maintenance process of motor vehicles. When disassembling a car's brake pads due to a common malfunction, we can inspect the friction pads according to commonly used tools and human eyes.
Among the two inspection methods mentioned above, the former one is relatively more executable, but occasionally leads to misjudgment. Due to the fact that work experience is something that cannot be seen or touched, it is equivalent to a woman's sixth sense. Therefore, caution must be exercised in the absence of accurate evidence.
Why does the friction plate vibrate?
In the process of driving a car, if the angle of the car deviates when the brake pedal is about to stop, and the rear wheel brake pads may be damaged, it must be immediately replaced. When a car experiences a deviation, the majority of cases are due to inconsistent damage to the friction pads of the car's upper and lower wheels, causing one side of the wheel to terminate the brake pedal first, resulting in a directional deviation.
2. When we brake, there will be vibration, which is caused by the deformation of the brake friction plate or brake disc. This is related to the material, processing accuracy, and heating deformation of the brake friction plate or friction block and brake disc. The specific manifestation is uneven thickness of the brake disc, poor concentricity of the brake drum, uneven damage of the brake friction plate/friction block, and its thermal deformation and hot spots.
