He said that the competition plays an important role in integrating the resources of universities and local governments, industry associations and enterprises, and helps to promote the upgrading and transformation of the new model of tripartite cooperation between universities, enterprises and students. At the same time, cultivating future professional managers who meet the needs of digital economy transformation, green and low-carbon strategy and high-quality development through the competition is an important intellectual support for the upgrading project of enterprise management modernization in our province.
Zhao Jihong delivered a speech. He introduced the development of Zhejiang Professional Managers Association and stressed that the association's participation in hosting this competition is to improve college students' awareness of innovation and professional skills, and help college students establish a correct career view. At the same time, it is committed to promoting digitalization, green transformation and enterprise management innovation to form a continuous iterative "multiplier effect".
Wang Jianming delivered a speech. He introduced in detail the preparation process of the competition, the situation of the participating teams, and the reward mechanism of the competition. He proposed that this competition is an event with multiple characteristics such as "serving the local economy, advocating true work, encouraging co-creation of schools and enterprises, and enhancing social responsibility", and also expects the participating teams to achieve good results.
